Q: What happens if something is damaged during your move?

Any damages must be noted on the invoice on the day of your move, there is a designated section on the invoice. It is then the responsibility of the customer to contact our office within 10 days of your move to speak with our General Manager to discuss a fair and reasonable outcome for the item.
